I’ve been thinking about applying zero knowledge and other frontier crypto-adjacent tech to financial deal-making. Mergers and acquisitions is an industry that relies heavily on trust and intermediaries - which these technologies are well-posed to solve.

What started in 2023 as a sketch of an idea ended up placing #3 out of 90 projects at a crypto hackathon in November 2024.
